You weren’t made to be comfortable on a couch eating chocolate. You were made to be the hands and feet of Christ extending his love to all. You were made to take risks for the love of God. Sound scary? Maybe so, but you were made for greatness.
Why did God look with favor on Abel’s gift and not on Cain’s? Ultimately, it was not because of what Cain offered to the Lord, it was because of Cain’s attitude toward God and the questionable intention behind his act of giving.
