To say I felt overwhelmed was an understatement. I was looking at a list of 21 confirmed food allergies, most of which I had spent the past 6 years functioning off of because I thought they were the solution to living gluten and dairy free. I had to keep reminding myself these test results were answers, this was good news.

Ah, New Year’s resolutions. The world first tells us to make them, promising success if we purchase this, this, and this. Then the world likes to rub it in our faces so that by day 6 most of us have given up. Day 6! Not even a full week.
Making New Year’s resolutions? If you don’t have God factored in, then you’ve factored out The Divine Dream and the Divine Person upon Whom everything hinges.
